About Randy
Randall A. Pulman founded Pulman, Cappuccio & Pullen, LLP in 2004. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in May of 1986 and was granted a license to practice law in the State of Texas in November, 1986. Mr. Pulman’s practice emphasizes arbitration of civil disputes and commercial civil trial matters in both federal and state courts.
Mr. Pulman has represented a wide range of commercial clients on the plaintiff’s side in the fields of banking and creditor rights, bankruptcy, telecommunications, broker/dealer disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Pulman has extensive courtroom and arbitration experience, including numerous jury trials, and has argued two cases before the Texas Supreme Court.
